We call this set of 25 Fourth Grade Math worksheets "The Answer Is..." because it's designed to give the students a chance to author the questions. Each printable activity has a solution to a problem and prompts the students to create two Math Problems and the equations required to solve them to reach the given solution.
Included is 24 sheets, ready to print with no prep.  The last sheet has a blank for you to fill in after printing so that you can use to review something specific or neccessary in your curriculum.  The possibilities for end of year review or state test prep are endless and this activity allows students to think about problem solving in a whole new way!
